If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out this form entirely and submit to us. We will obtain return information such as Returns Authorization number and ship back address ect. Once we get this information from our warehouse, we will email you back. This process can take 1-3 days. Please be patient, we will return your email. Please do not call us with a return request, you will be asked to fill out this form and submit to us via the website.
Stock color dash kits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the product. All returns or exchanges for stock colors are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus a $10.00 processing fee. Re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our error. All returned items MUST have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number written on the package, items returned without an RGA number will be refused at time of delivery and shipped back to the customer. An RGA may be obtained by filling in the form below and submitting to us. You will be contacted with an RGA number by telephone or email along with the return ship-to address within 24 hrs. Return authorization number must be visible on the packaging box. We do not charge shipping on dash kits within the mainland USA, however the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the credit amount. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Return authorization number issued date. All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package, with 3M red protective tape. Products with the red 3M protective tape removed cannot be accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any custom made products are not refundable.
Any partially installed kits are not refundable.
Non stock (indicated by "Non Stock" next to color selection) colors are not returnable.
Note: All EXTERIOR TRIM is Non Stock and is not refundable.
