Privacy

American Truck N' Auto Accessories (ATA) is committed to protecting your privacy. We guarantee not to sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. Our servers are 100% secure and we use SSL encryption to ensure you privacy. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive this information, you may email us at customerservice@dashkitspecialties.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

Pricing

There are two kinds of finish available for dash kits, Real material and Synthetic material. Any real material is 30% additional cost. For example Real Wood or Real Carbon Fiber would incur additional cost. Real Brushed aluminum is an additional 15%. Be careful not to add two of the same product to the shopping cart by mistake.

While we continually make every effort to reflect current prices, occasionally prices will differ from those listed on the site. American Truck N' Auto Accessories reserves the right to change prices at any time. You will be informed of the any changes before charging your credit card or proceeding with the order. If the price of a part on your order has changed, we will inform you via phone or email and request your authorization for the price to be adjusted accordingly.

American Truck N' Auto Accessories uses a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card. Doing so will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Exchange & Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please go the returns page at the following link "Returns" and fill out the form. We will obtain return information such as Returns Authorization number and ship-back address ect. Once we get this information from our warehouse, we will email you back. This process can take 1-3 days. Please be patient, we will return your email. Please do not call us with a return request as this is done through email, you will be asked to fill out this form and submit to us via the website.

Apart from the notes below, as a courtesy to our customers, dash kits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the reason for return or exchange. Please note, because the dash kit was made to order and manufactured in the color finish of your choice, restocking and return fees are charged to cover significant costs incurred. Please contact us for more information. Re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our or the manufacturers error. Products returned to the company without a return authorization number will be refused. We do not pay for, nor do we reimburse return shipping costs. Return authorization number must be visible on the packaging box. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Return authorization number issued date. All products must be in perfect, re-saleable condition, in the original package, with 3M red protective tape. Products with removed red 3M protective tape will not be accepted. If you are returning or exchanging an item, please go to the "Returns" page.

NOTES:

  • Incurrred shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any custom made products are non-returnable or refundable.
  • Any partially installed kits are non-returnable or refundable.
  • International orders shipped overseas are non-returnable.
  • All exterior trim is non-returnable or refundable.

Credits will be issued for returned items within 15 business days of the returned item being received back at our warehouse. The credit will be issued back to the same form of payment used in the orginal payment. In the case of a purchase by credit card, we are only able to issue a credit back to the original credit card on which the order was placed.

Materials & Finishes

Our manufacturers make car interior trim products from natural and simulated materials. Please, keep in mind that lines, seams and other variations in color or grain pattern are normal appearance of the materials and natural wood and are not covered under warranty. Kits that say OEM Match or Factory Match are not guaranteed to exactly match the existing wood trim in your car. It is impossible to exactly match colors made by different manufacturers. Our manufacturer makes their best effort to come as close as possible to the original finish. OEM match colors will be close but will not perfectly match your existing finish. However, we do offer samples. If you would like to order OEM match samples, please contact us via our website, email or call us. Sometimes our manufacturers are out of stock of certain finishes. In this case we may subsitute a finish for another that is the same or very similar. Please note we do our best to represent the true color, hue, tint, brightness, shade ect of our finishes with thumbnail images on our website. Due to screens and monitors being set differently, the acutal color of our finishes might be different than that shown on our website. To be sure you are getting the exact color and shade of the finish you want, we offer real sample pieces which acurately show the true color of the finish. We highly recommend ordering some samples before you place your order for a dash trim kit.

Installation

Please visit the "Installation" page for detailed information on how to install our dash kits. If any type of dash board dressing or treatment has been used such as ArmorAll on the surface of your dash, you MUST be sure to remove any trace of it or the dash kit will not adhere properly. This can be done with liberal use of a cleaner such as Isopropyl Rubbing Alchohol.

Optional Kits

Many makes and models of vehicles have options or slight differences in their interior design from the manufacturer that may or may not be installed in your vehicle. Therefore, we offer Optional Kits aside from our Main kits so you can select these additional pieces to suite the exact configuration of your vehicle. Please note the Optional Kits are sold separately than the Main Kits.

Fitment

We mainly offer dash trim kits for USA based vehicles. If you are in any other country than the USA, even though your vehicle maybe left hand drive, please note we cannot gurantee proper fitment of our kits. In this case, please carefully compare our schematic diagram with the interior of your vehicle. Please note there may be some variation in vehicles interior layout or trim and models may be called by a different name designation than USA models. We do offer some variations for right hand drive vehicles from other countries and these kits are marked "Right Hand Drive". Please note dash trim kits shipped overseas are non-returnable.

Cancellations

Please keep in mind your order is being especially made for you, per your selection of color and finish. Orders can be cancelled within 3 business days of placing your order. After that, if you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. This is to cover costs already incured in the process of manufacturing your kit.

As soon as an order is placed over the web site and the transaction is successful, we incur charges from your credit card processing company. Therefore, if you called the order in by phone and the order has not been charged yet, it may be cancelled with no cancellation fees. On the other hand, if the order has been charged or you place an order over the internet web site and then cancel, there will be a $10.00 or 5% cancellation fee, which ever is the greater. If the order has already shipped, you will need to go through the return process outlined above.

Shipping Information

Due to strict quality control standards and because of the many variations in vehicle makes/models and years and the many different color and finish variations, all dash kits are made to order. Typical processing/build time is approximately 2-3 weeks from date of order for flat kits, and up to 8 weeks for molded kits. We use UPS and/or USPS for shipping. We will send tracking information to the email address you give when the order was placed.

Orders over $199.00 qualify for Free Shipping within mainland USA. There will be a $19.99 shipping and handling fee applied for mainland USA deliveries. Your signature may be required upon delivery so please make sure you are shipping the kit to an address where you can sign for the shipment.

There is a $59.00 shipping charge for orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, PR and Alaska.

There is a $79.00 shipping charge to overseas countries. Please note this is an approximation and we will inform you if there are any addtional shipping charges.

Manufacturers Warranty

We are an authorized distributor for the manufacturers WOW Trim Inc. and B&I Trim Inc. (the manufacturers). This warranty is not offered by American Truck N' Auto Accessories LLC. The manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of their products. Their warranty includes any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship that may occur during the time you own the kit and the vehicle it is installed into. This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation or discoloration of real wood products. The manufacturers use the highest quality 3M brand adhesive available to adhere the pieces to the dash board surface. Please note the manufacturers do not warranty the 3M adhesive backing. This is because they have no control over the condition of the surface that the kit is being installed onto. Popular dash board dressings/protectants such as ArmorAll have been shown to negatively affect the adhesive properties of the kit and can cause the pieces not to stick down properly or come off. If any type of dash board dressing has ever been used in the vehicle, it is the customers responsibility to ensure it has all been 100% cleaned off and removed. In any instance, the dash board surface MUST be properly cleaned and free from dirt, grease, oils, sweat or the like that would cause the 3M adhesive not to stick properly. Alcohol wipes are included with the dash kit to assist you in doing that. We recommend purchasing a small bottle of Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol if more is needed.
